Lamons’ eCatalog gives customers a site-specific online ordering system for gaskets, fasteners, hoses, and specialty machined components, simplifying every step from pricing and approvals to purchasing and shipping. The companion Drawings Online tool catalogs customers’ unique components in a dedicated online repository, complete with dimensioned reference drawings and up-to-date part numbers and pricing, so parts can be ordered individually or as a complete kit and requisitions can be generated directly in an ERP system.

Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs

For customers who want tighter control over stock, Lamons’ Vendor-Managed Inventory programs use either Lamons’ warehouses or the customer’s own, with inventory held as owned stock or on consignment. Barcode scanning tracks material as it is received and issued, giving real-time visibility into stock levels, the ability to reserve materials against specific work orders, and integration with a customer’s existing ERP system.

Lamons-IsoTek Isotorque App

The Lamons-IsoTek® Isotorque™ app, available for iOS and Android, puts torque calculations directly in the hands of field crews. Users can adjust the friction factor on the fly, pull up installation and test procedures for isolation flanges, and report field issues without leaving the job site.
