Reverse Engineering Services
TruFAST™ (Field-Acquired Seal Technology) is a custom engineering process that Lamons developed to reproduce undocumented gaskets. Our re-engineering process only requires Lamons to take a picture of the old gasket or flange rubbing and send it to our Engineering team, who, working with manufacturing, can produce a replacement gasket, turning days or weeks into hours.
The TruFAST re-engineering process is made specifically for gaskets but can accommodate other products like bolts and machined parts by mailing in a sample. Missing blueprints, precision measurements, and material identification are now a thing of the past.
