Fasteners

As a major bolt and fastener manufacturer, we can support any job with our large inventory of specialty bolts, fasteners, threaded bar stock, and related hardware available in a wide range of alloys and sizes. Our internal quality lab is qualified to ISO 17025, and our quality and testing procedures include positive material identification (PMI), ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and liquid penetrant inspection (LPI).

We stock common-sized standard fasteners at all of our branches, including our headquarters in Houston, TX. Our branch inventories are diligently maintained by our Supply Chain planning group to ensure that inventories never drop below minimum thresholds. This allows us to address emergency orders locally and regionally and provide on-time deliveries to keep your operations running. Gaskets

We provide a wide array of proven gasket solutions for a multitude of industries and applications – from high temperature, high pressure, corrosive and hazardous liquids to flange isolation and low temperature (including cryogenic), low pressure scenarios. We can provide the standard and exotic metal alloys you need, along with industry-leading filler materials to ensure optimal sealing performance.

Our Gasket Types Include:

  • Spiral wound
  • Kammprofile
  • Heat exchanger
  • Ring-type joint (RTJ)
  • Corrugated metal
  • Jacketed metal
  • Flange isolation kits
  • Thin blinds
  • Sealing plugs
  • PTFE and elastomers
  • And more

Signature Gaskets:

Lamons® Defender® HF gaskets have patented, integral, and unique Kammpro® metallic cores designed to offer high-integrity primary and secondary sealing components across the flange sealing surface from the OD of the sealing area to the bore. The inner sealing surface is faced with a premium ePTFE to seal against acids, like hydrofluoric acid (HF), and potentially fill voids from prior corrosion.

Lamons® CorruKamm® has a revolutionary design that provides the benefits of Kammprofile and CMG technologies with the additional attribute of recovery that offsets flange relaxation and unloading. It combines the proven concepts of a Kammprofile and a corrugated design to achieve increased performance. Its machined profile provides maximum stability, recovery, resiliency, deflection, and conformance.

Specialty Machined Products

Lamons maintains over 30 state-of-the-art computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Our programmers and machinists deliver high-quality, machined components with one of the quickest response times in the industry.

Lamons® SpiraSeal® WRI-LP is designed to engage the sealing surfaces of flanges completely from the OD of the sealing area to the bore. This field-proven design provides protection to flange facings and an effective seal. It is recommended for use in new and undamaged flange facings. Various winding, core, and facing materials are available for corrosion resistance.

Lamons-IsoTek® Defender FS® is an isolation gasket designed for fire-safe, extreme, high-reliability sealing and electrical isolation in critical-service applications. Designed to withstand the rigorous API standard 6FB (third edition) test, it provides a solution for electrically isolating the flange and protecting against fire in and around the flange. This gasket also works well in highly volatile media applications.

Lamons® Kammpro® Adapter gaskets allow for the ring-type-joint flanges to be mated up to raised-face flanges, utilizing the strengths of the solid metal core with the added benefits of a Kammprofile sealing surface laminated with flexible graphite. Provided the pitch of the groove is sufficiently located under the raised face, the design is among the most robust of adapter styles.

Lamons® Matrix® CPGTM is a superior performance, biaxially-orientated PTFE gasket with a corrugation profile that provides low leakage at minimal load. The high- and low-density concentric rings across the sealing area achieve a consistently low leak rate, making it ideal for glass-lined, plastic, and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) flanges where high gasket stress is not possible.

Hoses

For high-performance, high-quality, custom hoses, fittings, replacements, and welded components, Lamons can deliver what you need, when you need it. Since our products are fabricated and distributed out of four U.S. locations, we are extremely flexible in handling large, small and custom orders with extreme ease and care. We also provide engineered and tailored solutions that you cannot always get from the larger hose manufacturers that focus on moving off-the-shelf products and large-quantity orders.

Hoses are a critical aspect of our sealing and attachment solutions portfolio. By offering customized hoses and fittings, along with a variety of gaskets and standard and specialty fasteners, we are a true one-stop resource that delivers quality products on time.

We ensure performance and durability in our hose products through non-destructive testing (NDT) and certification, failure analysis, on-site application analysis, and field engineering.
