Lamons…manufacturing today for the industries of tomorrow.

Every project of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms, regardless of size, is dependent on access to accurate data, correct documentation, and timely delivery of materials from suppliers. The fluid nature of project scheduling and ever-changing deadlines remain persistent challenges. Moreover, inevitable supply chain issues and inflation equate to skyrocketing costs.

Though EPC firms contend with various unknowns on every project, there are some things they can control. By partnering with the right vendors, EPCs can do more with less, as the current business climate requires. Having responsive vendors that provide accurate, timely information, and ensure documentation is formatted and submitted correctly can help manage costs and maintain schedules. In addition, having dedicated EPC and supply chain teams, plus in-house engineering, quality, and production oversight, fosters a focus on EPC orders and commitments.

Lamons has a dedicated EPC department that will walk you through every step of the project. From receipt of the RFQ through submittal of the final deliverable, the Lamons EPC team, which includes a project manager, coordinators, procurement specialists, engineers, quality control, and more, is a committed partner dedicated to your success.

The Lamons EPC team works with you to establish clear objectives, timelines, and expectations for each project. With a belief that effective communication is essential to the success of any project, we provide a communications plan that includes project-specific deliverables and reports to keep all stakeholders informed of key project metrics, such as progress, budget, and schedule.

At Lamons, we take pride in our commitment to excellence, and we work tirelessly to ensure that our clients’ expectations are exceeded. Whether you need engineering, procurement, or construction services, our team has the skills and expertise to deliver successful outcomes.

The Lamons EPC team offers a comprehensive range of services to provide complete turnkey solutions for our clients. These include kitting capabilities that incorporate our manufactured products and ensure a streamlined and efficient project delivery process, providing a one-stop shop for all your project needs.
