Quality Hose Products

Since 1947, Lamons® has been producing safety sealing and attachment solutions for a wide variety of critical industries across the globe. As a leading manufacturer of gaskets, fasteners, and hoses, we provide quality products, on-time delivery and exceptional customer service to keep your operations running 24/7/365.

Hoses are a critical aspect of our sealing and attachment solutions portfolio. By offering high-quality hose products and assorted fittings upon request, along with a wide array of gaskets and standard and specialty fasteners, we are a true one-stop resource. We provide engineered and tailored solutions that you cannot always get from larger hose manufacturers that focus on moving off-the-shelf products and large-quantity orders.

For high-performance, high-quality, custom hoses, fittings, replacements, and welded components, Lamons can deliver what you need, when you need it. Since our hose products are fabricated and distributed out of four U.S. locations, we can handle large, small and customized orders with extreme ease and care.

Our hose products undergo non-destructive testing (NDT) and certification, failure analysis, on-site application analysis, and field engineering.

Industrial Chemical/Petroleum Hoses

Lower temperatures, mild chemical resistance and lower pressure ratings

Chemical hoses are produced with ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) backing and braided and reinforced with textile cord and steel wire helix or highly flexible thermoplastic or fluoroplastic plies. The outer cover is EPDM. They range in size from 3⁄4” to 4” (2 to 10 cm), with a MAWP of up to 250 psi (17 bar) and are suitable for temperatures ranging from -40 to 212°F (-40 to 100°C), depending on type.
